Contract and deposit

We thank you to plan the balance of the payment on arrival, around a "welcome drink".

... Means of payment: Cash, Bank transfer (payable by the Customer), Cheque (France only), Holiday vouchers.

We do not take credit cards (ATM 5 minutes from the house).

Upon receipt of the deposit your reservation is final (30% of the amount of the stay and 100% for late booking).

House Rules

We welcome you from 16:30, please call us 1 hour before your arrival, to reserve our full attention. Warn of a possible delay beyond 7:30 pm.

When you make your reservation, please indicate the particularities of your travel for your stay: plane, train, wedding schedule...

Rooms must be vacated by 11 am and it is possible to enjoy the premises all morning...

For reasons of hygiene our friends animals are not accepted.

All rooms are "non-smoking".

The owner undertakes to personally welcome the holidaymakers with all the attention desirable to facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region.

The balance is to be paid on arrival, we remind you that we do not take the credit card, and that payment can be made in cash, check or bank transfer.

Use of the premises

The Customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their destination.

It is important to respect the safety rules concerning the pool. The ganive barrier is not a safety feature that allows children to be left unattended.

Cancellation by the Client

In case of cancellation by the Client and according to article 1590 of the civil code, the deposit paid is not refundable.

If the Client does not show up before 8pm on the day the stay is scheduled to begin, the reservation becomes null and void, and the owner may dispose of his guest rooms.
